Breaking it down, plain and simple
A stunning getaway! The unique architecture, lovely amenities, and attentive staff made our time unforgettable. The breakfast buffet catered to all tastes, and the folk dance with high tea was a delightful touch. Farhan at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Can't wait to return for more memorable moments!

The architecture and spacious rooms of the property were definitely appealing, along with the attentive service throughout our stay. However, the dining experience could use better coordination, as there were significant delays with food service. A bit far from the city, it offers a peaceful escape.

The resort features spacious rooms and a peaceful environment ideal for relaxation. While the dining options were hit or miss, with some food being overly spicy, the overall experience was enjoyable. However, improvements could be made in access to the property, especially the road conditions leading to it.

The Deluxe Room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious stay. Staff members were incredibly courteous, particularly Subhash and Jasmine, who made us feel welcome from the start. The swimming pool and recreational areas were well-maintained, enhancing our family's enjoyment. However, the approach road to the property is in poor condition and should be improved for easier access, especially at night.

I loved my stay at Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa. The unique architecture stood out, and the amenities catered well for my family. There were plenty of activities for kids, including a special evening cultural program that featured horse riding and local arts. The staff was courteous and professional throughout our visit. However, I think they should provide a property map in the welcome kit to help navigate the expansive grounds. Additionally, having liquid soap available in restrooms would enhance the experience. The sheer size of the property meant we often had to use the cart to get to the lobby or dining areas. The overall experience was fantastic, and we’re already planning our next visit!

The infinity pool stands out with stunning views, perfect for unwinding. Unique architectural elements throughout the property create a memorable ambiance that's far removed from the busy city life.
However, the location feels quite isolated, a bit of a trek if you're looking to explore the local sights. The dining options were somewhat limited, especially since one restaurant was closed, which was disappointing during our stay. Also, we encountered some hiccups with delayed food service, making dinner a rather frustrating affair. While the facilities seemed decent, the overall experience felt less polished than expected.

our stay at taj devi ratn resort & spa was wonderful. the infinity pool was a highlight, and the breakfast at vyom was fantastic with so many options. we especially appreciated vivek's help in organizing vegan meals for my sister. the staff were attentive, and the ambience was perfect for a family getaway.
the only downside was a lingering odor in our room that needed airing out.
